Emergencies arise from time to time and many people describe emergency support in different ways.
Here is how we at CompUcoach define it:
An emergency is when:
- When your computer will not power up.
- When your cannot send or receive e-mail.
- When a computer related business function is preventing you from making money/earning a living.
If you should run into any of these situations, please call us at 630-516-1207 and mention that you are in need of emergency support. A technician will be paged and your call will be returned within the hour. Our Emergency support hours are Monday through Thursday 7 am to 7 pm, Friday 7 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm.
Please do not send us email for these incidents as we are not notified immediately and it could be several hours before someone returns that email correspondence.
