Jennifer is a life saver! Not only did she design the BEST WEBSITE ever, but she is constantly available to us for all our computer needs. Their office is so efficient and on top of things. We never have to worry about being \"down\" for more than a few hours. She returns calls and gets back to us in less than 2 hours. I recently went into the office on a Saturday morning. I was having problems getting bounced off the internet, which means I couldn\'t do ANY work! I left a message on the CompUcoach helpline. I got a call in 20 minutes! Jen logged in remotely to my computer (something she sets up with all her clients) and fixed the problem! What a life saver! How many computer companies have the means and availability to do this? Not many! She is the BEST and I recommend her to everyone!
