Client: Two Kitchens
Problem: Two Kitchens is a local catering and food preparation store located in Naperville. They needed a way to communicate with their customers and potential customers in a cost effective method.
How CompUcoach solved the problem:

CompUcoach worked with Two Kitchens to create a customized email newsletter. Now using the latest technology, Two Kitchens can tell if their newsletter was opened, bounced back or was sent to other individuals.

Instead of sending out paper mailers, CompUcoach save Two Kitchens the expense of postage, paper and created a quick marketing newsletter.

 

Client: Bryer Construction, Inc.
Problem: Bryer Construction wanted to focuse on their core business, construction. However, in order to operate as a business, they had to conform to filing forms and utilizing an accounting system that was going to help them understand their receivables and pay their employess on time.
How CompUcoach solved the problem:

CompUcoach trained Bryer Construction employees on how to use the functions of Quickbooks Pro. As new staff were added, additional copies of Quickbooks were purchased and now multiple users and can access and be productive within the software.

Also, CompUcoach enabled Bryer Construction's internal network with remote control software so that one employee may work from home without disturbing productivity.

 

Client: All Chicagoland Moving and Storage , Inc.
Problem: All Chicagoland's headquarters was moving towards an internet based solution. However, the internal network needed to be equipped with legacy printers in order to print on 5 part forms for their business.
How CompUcoach solved the problem: CompUcoach transformed their internal system into a fully functional LAN based solution so that the employees could print forms and utilize the new structure. By removing their dedicated T1 line to their home office and utilitizing business class DSL to the Internet, All Chicagoland saved $14,000 annually.

Problem: Maureen's original web designer was nowhere to be found. The site needed updates and enhancements.

Client: HerbiesMagicDust.com
Problem: The original shopping cart software was working, but Herbie's Magic Dust web site updates still had to go through a web editing company.
How CompUcoach solved the problem: CompUcoach installed the Zen Cart application for the website. Now, the client can update his own pricing, add or subtract inventory, save time on Quickbooks invoices and even run his own specials. The cart was so simple to understand, the client did not require any training.
